I have been preaching for over 25 years. This commentary has been written, re-written and re-written again for the simple reason that my views keep changing slightly. My religious background is conservative with open-mindedness (but not so much, I hope, that my brains have fallen out). If you purchase this commentary on Revelation, I only ask that you use these notes for your personal study and to share with others who may have a misunderstanding of what the book is all about. Please do not use it to make money. I do not plan on placing this in book form. It is only available two ways: Online and on CD-ROM. They both contain everything you need to teach it to a class. NOTE: Since I do not plan to publish this in book form, I have not taken a lot of time for proofreading, so please forgive any errors in grammar and speeling :>) . It is however, copyrighted. I wrote it as if I were teaching it while standing before a class; which is in fact what I did. The notes are largely transscribed from the classes.
I have used the New King James Version, because people are familiar with the King James version. If you have any clarification or comments, you can e-mail me. When you do, and I use your suggestions I will give you credit if you wish. Otherwise, I will just pretend that it was my idea, and people will think "What a smart guy that Jim Blevins is!" The purchase and use of the content on the web site allows you to print off and hand out the outline and notes if you desire. There is no copyright violation if you do that, but there is if you try selling this, in whole or part, as your or anothers work.
